Borrowing for two years........

Today we are offically borrowing a Marimba for two years! Landon's drum teacher, Jacob, is going on an LDS mission to Mongolia and asked Landon if he would like to store it. Landon was pretty excited that Jacob would choose him for safe keeping while he is away .

We picked up the Marimba this morning and put it together in Landon's room. We had to do some manuvering, but managed to get it all to fit.

Matt was mostly excited that it wasn't a drum set!!

This will be wonderful for Landon to have to practice as in the past we've had to go up to the local University to play. Landon would only be able to practice if none of the college students had it scheduled on the calendar. Many times we would get up there he would only be able to practice for 10-15 minutes.

...and yes, that is Tanner laying UNDER the Marimba. Would you expect anything less? =)
